Whether you manage a small business or a large corporate space, CJM Cleaning ensures every area — from reception to boardroom — is spotless, sanitised, and ready for a productive workday.

We understand that no two offices are the same, which is why we customise every cleaning schedule to fit your business hours, foot traffic, and specific workplace needs.

Our team works discreetly and efficiently, using eco-friendly cleaning products and industry-grade equipment to achieve consistently high results without disrupting your operations.

Medical Centre Cleaning

We follow strict protocols to ensure medical centres meet hygiene and infection control standards. Our team uses hospital-grade disinfectants for reliable, compliant cleaning results.

We understand that maintaining a sterile environment is essential to patient safety and regulatory compliance — that’s why our cleaning practices are guided by industry best standards and years of hands-on experience in medical environments.

Our team is fully trained in infection control procedures, using hospital-grade disinfectants, colour-coded microfibre systems, and touch-point sanitisation techniques to reduce cross-contamination risks. We also ensure all waste is handled and disposed of safely in accordance with healthcare regulations.

Carpet Cleaning

We revitalise commercial carpets with powerful steam cleaning and stain removal solutions that restore freshness, colour, and comfort to your workplace. Over time, carpets can trap dust, allergens, and odours that affect both indoor air quality and professional appearance.

CJM Cleaning uses advanced hot water extraction and low-moisture cleaning methods to lift deep-set dirt and bacteria — leaving carpets clean, dry, and ready for use.

Our experienced team tailors every clean to the material, traffic level, and condition of your flooring, ensuring long-lasting results without damage or residue. Regular professional carpet cleaning not only enhances presentation but also extends the life of your flooring investment.

Window Cleaning

Our professional window cleaning service delivers streak-free, crystal-clear glass for properties across Sydney.

We understand that clean windows make a strong first impression — they brighten interiors, enhance building presentation, and allow more natural light into workspaces.

CJM Cleaning’s experienced team uses safety-compliant equipment and the latest pure water and squeegee systems to achieve flawless results inside and out.

We clean glass surfaces of all sizes and configurations, including difficult-to-reach areas, while adhering to strict OH&S protocols.

Floor Cleaning

Our team handles all types of commercial flooring, providing expert cleaning, sealing, and maintenance services that enhance both safety and appearance.

From tiled lobbies and vinyl hallways to polished concrete and hard-wearing factory floors, CJM Cleaning has the equipment and expertise to deliver exceptional results every time.

We use specialised floor scrubbing, stripping, and sealing techniques to remove built-up dirt, restore shine, and protect surfaces from wear and staining.

Whether your premises see light daily use or heavy foot traffic, our tailored maintenance schedules keep floors looking professional and performing at their best.

Pressure Washing

Pressure washing is one of the most effective ways to restore the appearance and safety of external surfaces.

Using advanced, high-pressure equipment, CJM Cleaning removes grime, mould, algae, oil stains, and built-up dirt from hard surfaces — instantly refreshing your property’s exterior.

Our experienced technicians adjust water pressure and temperature to suit each surface, ensuring a thorough clean without causing damage. From slippery pathways to stained concrete and brickwork, we rejuvenate your space while helping prevent long-term deterioration.

Regular pressure cleaning not only enhances your property’s presentation but also improves safety by reducing slip hazards.

Warehouse Cleaning

We offer tailored warehouse cleaning solutions designed to maintain safety, efficiency, and cleanliness in demanding industrial environments.

CJM Cleaning understands that warehouses and logistics facilities operate under tight schedules — which is why our team works discreetly and efficiently to minimise disruption to your operations.

Our trained staff use industrial-grade equipment and proven methods to remove dust, debris, and build-up from floors, shelving, loading docks, and machinery zones.

We focus on maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment that supports workplace safety and compliance with WHS standards.

Gym Cleaning

Gyms and fitness centres demand meticulous hygiene — and we deliver. With high foot traffic and constant equipment use, maintaining a clean, sanitised space is essential for member safety, satisfaction, and trust.

CJM Cleaning provides professional gym cleaning services designed to keep your facility fresh, hygienic, and compliant with health standards.

Our team uses hospital-grade disinfectants and touch-point cleaning methods to eliminate bacteria and odours from workout areas, change rooms, and equipment.

We also work around your class schedules and operating hours to ensure zero disruption for staff or members.
